The Law Tigers are concerned about your safety and well-being. We provide a database of rider and passenger emergency medical information. You and your passenger can register emergency medical information with the Law Tigers so that in the event either of you become incapacitated after an accident, a Law Tigers motorcycle accident lawyer can provide this information to appropriate medical personnel.

Pursuant to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"), I specifically authorize the American Association of Motorcycle Injury Lawyers ("the Association") to disclose my personal medical information described herein to Emergency Medical Personnel who may call 1-800-LAWTIGERS (1-800-529-8443) as listed on my Biker Benefit Card. This authorization is intended to comply with HIPAA and all other federal, state and local laws, regulations, statutes and codes related to privacy and the release of medical and health care information. Emergency Medical Personnel shall have full authority to access such information maintained by the Association on my behalf only on the condition that I am unconscious or otherwise unable to coherently communicate with Emergency Medical Personnel. This HIPAA authorization shall supplement any additional privacy provisions as may be contained in the Law Tigers web site. I hereby discharge and forever hold the Association, its affiliates, agents and employees harmless from any errors or omissions related to or arising out of my Personal Emergency Medical Information.
