About the Arizona Salt River Wild Horses Ride

Registration for the ride will take place on January 28th, 2023, Saturday, between 9 and 11 a.m. at the American Legion Post #58 on 16837 E Parkview Ave, Fountain Hills, AZ. Riders will follow a scenic route along the Lower Salt River.

The route ends in Superstition Harley-Davidson at 2910 Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ, with a party that will last until 3:30 p.m. and include food trucks, giveaways, a raffle, a beer garden, and much more. Participants will enjoy live music by Bobby Joe Bell and Band.

Attendance is free and open to everyone. The event’s organizers suggest a donation of $10, which will benefit the Salt River wild horse herd.

The 8th annual Arizona Salt River Wild Horses Ride supports the Salt River Wild Horse Management Group, a non-profit organization focused on protecting and managing the wild horse herd that lives in the Lower Salt River area. The wild horse conservation program is 100% donation-run, and your generous donations support rescue efforts, a wild horse fertility program, habitat improvement, and road patrol.
