Did you know that Christmas in July is a city-wide event in Golden, Colorado? The whole town comes together to embrace the holiday spirit, including draping homes and businesses with Christmas decorations while baking up a storm. There’s even ice skating! BikerDown is also participating in the festivities this year with a July Toy Run for motorcycle enthusiasts. 

About the Christmas in July Summer Toy Run

This is the first year that BikerDown is hosting the Summer Toy Run. Toy donations and other proceeds will benefit the Colorado Adopt-A-Family organization and the Children’s Hospital of Littleton. The ride includes a toy drop-off at the end, so if you’re looking for something to fill your heart on a Saturday in July, this is it.

Event Details

The first thing to do is register for the summer toy motorcycle run in Colorado here. In addition to paying a modest rider fee, you’ll be asked to bring an unwrapped toy for the charity. Don’t forget to include your t-shirt size on your registration form because you’ll also get a free shirt.

Bringing a guest? You can add up to 30 people, including a passenger.

Time: 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m.

Location: Dirty Dogs Roadhouse, 17999 W. Colfax Avenue, Golden, Colorado

Fees: $30 per rider, $15 per passenger

This fun ride starts at Dirty Dogs Roadhouse and runs through Deer Creek Canyon to the Children’s Hospital. The toys will be dropped off at this location, and your registration fees will support the Adopt-A-Family organization with gifts during the winter holiday season.
