Kong's Third-Annual Poker Run in Phoenix

Poker runs offer excellent opportunities to enjoy a day of riding and support a worthy cause. If you’re a fan of poker runs, check out Kong’s poker run in Phoenix on February 19.

Here’s everything you need to know about this motorcycle poker run event:

Kong’s Third-Annual Poker Run

For the past three years, the family and friends of Greg “Kong” Dilley have hosted a poker run to celebrate his life. Kong was killed in a motorcycle accident on October 3, 2020. These poker runs support veteran non-profit organizations and allow attendees to reminisce on Kong’s legacy.

In a poker run, riders stop at designated businesses around town to receive cards toward their poker hands. At the end of the run, the riders with the best hands will receive prizes.

If you’re not interested in riding, you can come to the event for food trucks, raffles, live music, and vendors. All proceeds from this year’s event will support Skeleton Crew Adventures, an organization that provides adventure therapy to veterans and first responders living with PTSD.
