This July, come and show off your custom ride at the Mississippi Lakeside Showdown in Meridian. You’ll enjoy browsing the hottest custom vehicles in Meridian while taking in gorgeous views of Okatibbee Lake. This family-friendly event offers the perfect way to stay cool during the dog days of summer.
About the Mississippi Lakeside Showdown
If you’re a fan of custom cars, bikes, and trucks, you can’t miss out on the Mississippi Lakeside Showdown. The event runs from 8 a.m. to noon.
When you’re done checking out all the rides, head over to Pine Springs Beach or East Bank Park to relax with family and friends. At these charming parks, you’ll find plenty of opportunities for fishing and water sports, and the lake is open for swimming!
If you’d like to show your car, there is a registration fee of $35. This covers your vehicle and up to two people. Additional passengers will pay a spectator fee of $5 each. Admission is free for kids 12 and under.
Vendors on-site will sell drinks and hot dogs, burgers, and other snacks.

The Lakeside Showdown will take place at the Pat Harrison Water Park in Meridian, MS. You’ll find the park at 9283 Pine Springs Road. It’s easy to reach from A.C. Brown Road or Center Hill Martin Road.
