Motoblot 2023 Motorcycle Show on June 23 to 25 in Chicago

Motoblot 2023 Motorcycle Show

If you’re a motorcycle enthusiast based in Chicagoland or the Midwest, be sure to mark the dates June 23 through 25 in your calendar. Over 20,000 bikers from all around the country will come together for a one-of-a-kind motorcycle show: the Motoblot 2023 in Chicago.

First Things First: What Is a Motoblot, Exactly?

Motoblot is a combination of — you guessed it — moto and blot. The term “blot” dates back to ancient Norse culture. Back then, a blot was a gathering for pagan worship or ritual sacrifice.

Obviously (and mercifully), things have moved on since then. Today’s Motoblot is just an annual motorcycle festival that takes place in Chicago’s historic West Town / Fulton Market neighborhood that raises funds for the nonprofit Pits for Patriots.

More Detail on Motoblot 2023

Like in previous years, Motoblot 2023 in Chicago is expected to attract a whopping 20,000+ participants and spectators. The organizers have prepared a fantastic line-up of events and attractions, including:

  • Motorcycle show
  • Hot Rod Show
  • Pin-up contest
  • Multiple venues with live music

Then the attendees will enjoy the Bikini Bike Wash, which will benefit Pits for Patriots. The organization trains rescued pits as service dogs for veterans and first responders and works to change the negative public opinion surrounding the breed.
