Motorcycle Ride for the Blue July in Colorado Springs

Motorcycle Ride

If you like to ride for a good cause, come on down to Colorado Springs for the third annual SHIELD616 Ride for the Blue on July 15. This scenic ride raises money to support law enforcement, specifically providing rifle-rated armor to stop rifle rounds and protect peace officers and first responders.

About Ride for the Blue

Founded by police officer Jake Skifstad, SHIELD616 aims to support those who risk their lives every day to keep order and maintain safety. To raise funds, the non-profit organization accepts donations and puts on amazing events like Ride for the Blue.

This event combines a concert and motorcycle run with proceeds funding the equipping of Colorado Springs police officers with all-day rifle protection vest packages. So far, SHIELD616 has raised $17 million and provided potentially life-saving protection to 6,887 first responders.
