Pass Basic Riding Tests
One mandatory step involves completing the Basic RiderCourse (BRC) or Basic RiderCourse updated (BRCu). You can take these courses at any center authorized by the Florida Rider Training Program (FRTP) and the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV).
