Soak up the Florida sun with fellow motorcyclists by attending the Waves and Wheels Fun Run in Florida. This event takes a unique spin on the traditional motorcycle poker rally and supports a great cause: Suncoast Charities for Children.
Waves and Wheels at the Suncoast Summer Fest
The Waves and Wheels fun run will kick off the Suncoast Summer Fest at Joyland in Sarasota, FL. You can participate in this “run” by motorcycle, car, or boat!
There will be a kickoff party on Friday, June 30, from 5pm to 9pm, complete with an open bar, music, raffles, and free-play casino-style games. The next day, the run will kick off in the morning at Marina Jack.
During the ride, you’ll have the opportunity to roll dice to earn points at various stops along the route. The ride/run will end at The Point Restaurant and Tiki Bar by 3pm, and organizers will award prizes to the five highest-scoring participants.
Proceeds support Suncoast Charities for Children, which provides services to more than 8,000 children in the Gulf Coast area.
Waves and Wheels Fun Run Registration and Details
You can register for the Waves and Wheels Fun Run in Florida on Eventbrite. Registration fees range between $25 and $125 based on the ticket you buy.
You can purchase tickets for both days or just one day. If you attend the kickoff party, you can pick up your registration packet there, then start the fun run at any of the stops on Saturday morning.
