1. Spring Poker Run – Culpeper, Virginia
If you’ve never done a poker run on a motorcycle, you’re in for a treat. These events involve riding to different locations to pick up a card for your poker hand. Once you’ve collected all five cards, your hand is complete, and you can see which rider wins!

2. Rolling Thunder Ride for Freedom – Woodstock County
This event is fun for the whole family. In addition to a beer garden (for the adults), there’s also live entertainment, bike shows, and plenty of vendors to help fill your belly and restock your wardrobe. Stroll around the swap meet looking for vintage fare and check out (or enter) the tattoo contest.
You can even get your bike detailed by an on-site detailer while enjoying some quality time with friends and families.

3. South Central Bike Fest – Chase City, Virginia
If you’re looking for a fun-filled weekend, there’s nothing better than the South Central Bike Fest. The event spans from Thursday through Sunday and has everything you’d expect at a motorcycle event, including a bike show, BBQ, and world-class vendors.
That’s not all, though. There’s also a bikini bike wash, a rodeo, and other forms of entertainment to delight audiences of all ages. After five years of the South Central Bike Fest, it keeps getting better and better!

4. Thunder N Kanawha Bike Rally – Dugspur, Virginia
Leave the kiddies at home for this one. You’ve got to be at least 21 years old to attend this event. It comes complete with the four major B’s: bands, beer, babes, and bikes. There’s also a wet t-shirt contest and other games to keep you entertained all weekend long.
A day pass costs $30, or you can get the whole weekend for just $40. There are also options for camping, so pack an overnight bag!

5. Stoney Creek Campground Freedom Fest – Greenville, VA
This two-day event honors American soldiers. It’s jam-packed with activities, including a poker run, live music, corn hole, military groups, raffles, and delectable food and beverages.
The event is kid-friendly, and children under five years old get in free. There’s also an option for overnight camping, which is great if you’ve come in from out of town, or you plan on staying the full two days and don’t want to drive back home between the festivities.
