About the Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill
The Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill is a unique motorcycle “concept” restaurant. The interior features several beautifully built two-wheelers, and the restaurant attracts a sizeable biker clientele.
However, don’t let the Harley-Davidson bikes that may be parked out front intimidate you. The Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill is a family-friendly establishment and welcomes patrons of all ages and lifestyles — bikers or not.
Children in particular are big fans, as attested by the many pictures of smiling kiddos on the restaurant’s website.
What To Eat
Tourists and locals from all over the state flock to the Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill near Tallahassee for its award-winning fried chicken. Winner of the “Best Fried Chicken” in Bay County award for seven years in a row, the chicken is first left to marinate slowly in a secret marinade then hand-battered and dropped in a deep fryer filled with cottonseed oil. The resulting juicy-yet-crunchy goodness will send you straight to culinary heaven.
If you’re more of a fish person, be sure to try the New Orleans-style fried catfish. The American farm-raised catfish is breaded with Southern cornmeal breading, then gently fried to give it a beautiful golden color.
The Burnout Burgers are another regulars’ favorite. All burgers come on a toasted sourdough bun and with a delicious side dish of your choosing.
Speaking of sides, don’t leave your table before you’ve tried some of the Southern staples like fried okra, collard greens, or beans and rice.
For a true Southern culinary experience, check out the Southern specials. Whether you go for the chicken and waffles, country-fried steak, or chicken pot pie, you won’t regret one bite.
Pricing
Prices at the Wicked Wheel Bar & Grill are reasonable. The fried chicken and burgers are just $13-$16, and the catfish is $17. All Southern specials were $16 or less at the time of this writing. If you want to splurge, order a seafood platter for $25.
For a discount on the regular price, keep an eye on the Wicked Wheel website and social media channels for upcoming events and specials.
