Richard Harris Law Firm
Richard Harris Law Firm

The freedom of riding a motorcycle through the magnificent beauty of the Great American West is unmatched.

Many lawyers and staff of the Richard Harris Law Firm are avid motorcycle riders traveling the same roads and facing the same dangers as you. We know firsthand that riders involved in accidents are more likely to suffer serious and permanent injuries because motorcycles lack the protection that cars and trucks offer.

For 40 years, the Richard Harris Law Firm has been committed to representing riders injured and the families of loved ones lost in motorcycle crashes. We know motorcycle riders face many of the same risks as car and truck drivers, but many cases we handle were caused by a driver’s failure to see a motorcyclist. We understand the dynamics of motorcycle crashes and the prejudices riders face on the road and by insurance companies. As trial lawyers who are motorcycle enthusiasts, we are in the best position to handle the unique needs of our clients and how to win their cases in and out of the courtroom.

The Richard Harris Law Firm has offices throughout the West and represents injured riders from around the United States, Canada, and Europe. We have settled or tried, to verdict, over 50 personal injury and wrongful death cases with results over a million dollars. Partners in the firm are Board Certified Personal Injury Specialists in Nevada. Over the years, members of the firm have been named Trial Lawyers of the Year in Nevada and two of our lawyers have become judges. We have been recognized by the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, Best Attorneys, Elite Lawyers of America, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Outstanding Lawyers of America, Super Lawyers, and the Verdict Club as a Platinum Member.

The bottom line, we are riders helping riders and happen to be really good personal injury lawyers. Let us put that winning combination to work for you.
