Mark is a litigator who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and complex civil litigation. Additionally, he is a chartered property casualty underwriter which is a designation indicating specialization in the insurance field. Joseph Fuson
Joseph Fuson began working in Tennessee law firms at the age of 20 and has dedicated his professional life to being an advocate for his clients. His first motorcycle was a Honda Rebel which he’d drive to school as a teenager. He understands the nuances of operating a motorcycle and the challenges that exist for riders.
Joseph knew at an early age he wanted to be a lawyer. Joseph began working in law firms in 1998 while attending college at the University of Tennessee – Knoxville. He graduated Cum Laude from UT in 2000 with an honors degree in Political Science.
Joseph began working at a personal injury law firm before attending law school in 2002. He learned how to manage personal injury cases involving car and motorcycle accidents early in his career.He went on to obtain his law degree from Nashville School of Law and was licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee in 2006. He partnered with Mark Freeman shortly thereafter and formed Freeman & Fuson in 2008. He was named Best Attorney in Nashville by the Nashville Scene in 2009. He was voted Top 40 Under 40 by the National Trial Lawyers in 2014. He is a member of both the Tennessee Bar Association and Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
