Wesley Ball
Wesley Todd Ball began his legal career at Adams and Reese LLP, one of the largest law firms in the southern United States. While at Adams and Reese, he focused his practice exclusively on litigation and trial work involving both personal injuries and commercial disputes.
Wes left Adams and Reese and the defense-oriented practice to focus on representing families and individuals who had been wronged by corporate negligence and malfeasance in product liability and catastrophic injury cases. Shortly thereafter, he co-founded Farrar & Ball, LLP with the same goal and continues today to defend his clients against the careless negligence of others.
Kyle Farrar
Kyle Wayne Farrar is a life-long Texan. Born and raised in College Station, Kyle graduated from Texas A&M University, with B.S. in Psychology, and received his law degree from Baylor University School of Law, and graduated with honors, magna cum laude.
Kyle began his legal career at Vinson & Elkins LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Houston and quickly distinguished himself as an aggressive and talented attorney. He gained extensive trial experience while exclusively devoting his practice to litigation and trial work in personal injury and commercial disputes.
Today, as co-founder of Farrar & Ball, Kyle utilizes his professional experience to focus on representing individuals, families, and businesses in complex legal disputes involving a variety of matters, advocating for his clients against the general negligence of others.
Bill Ogden
Bill Ogden is a partner at Farrar & Ball LLP who focuses his practice on achieving justice for individuals who have been injured by defective products and negligent corporate practices. He has distinguished himself as an aggressive litigator, successfully representing individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries as the result of trucking, automotive and transportation-related accidents. Bill is driven to achieve justice for his clients and will do whatever it takes to hold individuals accountable for their negligence. He practices in state and federal venues across the country. His litigating abilities have earned him the honors of Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star, National Trial Lawyers Texas Top 40 Under 40, and a member of the Lawyers of Distinction.
Bill was raised in Deer Park, Texas, and received his bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. After law school, he was asked to join South Texas College of Law as an adjunct faculty member and currently coaches mock trial advocacy teams competing in national tournaments across the country.
In 2017 Bill spearheaded litigation on behalf of a family who suffered a horrific loss following a domestic dispute between two Houston-area neighbors, resulting in the shooting death of Ana Weed.
David Romagosa
David Romagosa graduated from the University of Louisiana and attended law school at Texas Southern University Thurgood Marshall School of Law. During law school, he clerked for Judge Lamar McCorkle in the 133rd Judicial District Court in Harris County. Since graduating from law school, David has utilized his skills and has become an advocate for his clients, successfully litigating for numerous injured individuals and their families.
David joined Farrar & Ball as an associate in 2007 and continues to advocate for individuals and families in motorcycle injury cases.
