Bill Ogden is a partner at Farrar & Ball LLP who focuses his practice on achieving justice for individuals who have been injured by defective products and negligent corporate practices. He has distinguished himself as an aggressive litigator, successfully representing individuals and families who have suffered catastrophic injuries as the result of trucking, automotive and transportation-related accidents. Bill is driven to achieve justice for his clients and will do whatever it takes to hold individuals accountable for their negligence. He practices in state and federal venues across the country. His litigating abilities have earned him the honors of Texas Super Lawyer Rising Star, National Trial Lawyers Texas Top 40 Under 40, and a member of the Lawyers of Distinction.
Bill was raised in Deer Park, Texas, and received his bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University and his law degree from South Texas College of Law in Houston. After law school, he was asked to join South Texas College of Law as an adjunct faculty member and currently coaches mock trial advocacy teams competing in national tournaments across the country.
In 2017 Bill spearheaded litigation on behalf of a family who suffered a horrific loss following a domestic dispute between two Houston-area neighbors, resulting in the shooting death of Ana Weed.
