Jason Hicks
Attorney
Jason has a passion for fighting for injured riders. He has been a licensed motorcycle rider for more than 15 years. Through his personal experience on a bike, Jason understands the risks motorcycle riders face, and knows it’s not always enough that riders drive safely, as many of the cases he has handled were caused by an automobile driver’s failure to see a motorcyclist.
As a trial lawyer who is also a motorcycle enthusiast, Jason is in the best position to handle the unique hurdles his fellow motorcycle enthusiasts face and knows how to win their cases in and out of the courtroom. He knows the rules of the road and the application of those rules to those injured on a motorcycle. He brings that knowledge to the table for each and every one of his clients, and will fight for justice for his fellow riders.
Jason graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2005, and went on to graduate from the University of Oklahoma law school in 2008. Since then, Jason has fought for the rights of injured people across Oklahoma. He has helped injured clients obtain millions in settlements and verdicts, fighting relentlessly against the insurance companies to get the maximum recovery for each person he represents. An accomplished lawyer, Jason was selected to attend the renowned Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College, graduating from it in 2016. Jason is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, all Oklahoma federal district courts and the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals.
Jason is a motorcycle lover, who just so happens to be a pretty good lawyer too. Every rider needs someone like Jason on their side, and he is ready to put his skills and knowledge to work for you.
