Joe Bombagetti takes special pride in representing injured people because he knows the devastating impact an injury can have on a person’s family. Joe’s father was injured as a result of a doctor’s medical malpractice. Because of this, Joe knows his clients are counting on him for aggressive representation.

Joe is also an A.B.A.T.E instructed rider and understands the unique issues riders have to combat while on the roads. As an attorney, he understands the issues riders face when fighting insurance companies for their injuries and damage to their motorcycles. As a result, Joe has settled many of his clients’ cases and, when necessary, taken many of his clients’ cases to trial to get them the compensation they deserve. He has tried cases in front of judges and juries throughout Illinois and Indiana.

Joe is a graduate of Wabash College and received both his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from The John Marshall Law School, Chicago, Illinois.
