Josh Dunyon
Attorney
Josh received his bachelor’s degree from Utah State University and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in Utah, Nebraska, Wyoming, and Idaho and has extensive experience representing injured clients in motorcycle accident law. Josh takes pride in representing the “one” — the one who has suffered life altering injuries and the one who is now disadvantaged in a system built around big insurance companies.
Josh has successfully tried numerous cases and has effectively briefed and argued multiple cases at the appellate court level. He has compensated his clients several million dollars over his years of practice. Josh was also selected by his peers as a Legal Elite Outstanding Attorney by Utah Business in 2021 for his work advocating for injured riders against the negligence and careless acts of others. He is fluent in Spanish and is a proud supporter of the Hispanic community.
Josh’s dad had a Harley Davidson while growing up, and remembers going on long rides all over Utah. Unfortunately, Josh lost a friend in a motorcycle accident that was a result of someone else’s negligence. Needless to say, Josh takes great pride in representing the riding community as part of the Law Tigers team. Most important to Josh are his wife and four children.
