Mark Freeman is a board- certified Civil Trial Specialist with over 30 years of personal injury litigation experience in Nashville, Tennessee. He has tried over one hundred cases to a jury both in State and Federal Court in Tennessee. Mark is a litigator who concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury and complex civil litigation. Additionally, he is a chartered property casualty underwriter which is a designation indicating specialization in the insurance field. This specialization gives him invaluable knowledge that allows for better communication with insurance companies on behalf of his personal injury clients.

Mark was involved in a motor vehicle accident when he was just thirteen years-old, and he sustained life-altering injuries as a result. This accident and the years of recovery that followed have given him unique insight into what his personal injury clients have gone through. 

Mark has also been blessed with a large family. He has been married for thirty years and he and his wife share eight children. He believes that family always comes first, and he understands the stress that injuries put on families.
