Michael Massucci

For the past 20 years, Michael has represented injured people and their families. He has settled their cases when appropriate, and when necessary, taken their cases to trial. Michael works hard to protect his clients from insurance companies and their attorneys who force injured people to court to increase company profits instead of taking responsibility and paying valid claims.

Born and raised in Chicago and graduated from Marquette University Law School in 2002. While in school, Michael studied civil litigation and trial work and also studied at the National Sports Law Institute. Michael joined Kelly Law Offices in May 2003 and currently focuses his practice on trial work, including motorcycle injury and wrongful death litigation. Michael passionately advocates for the rights of injured motorcyclists due to the negligence of others.
