Establishing himself as a tough, dedicated motorcycle injury attorney, Michael Chaloupka was destined to be a courtroom crusader. The son of the late Robert Chaloupka, a great trial lawyer from Nebraska, Mike followed in his Dad’s footsteps by attending and graduating from the University of Nebraska College of Law, with a special emphasis on litigation skills and trial advocacy. His Dad’s life and legacy set the standard for Mike’s courage, for not giving up, and for providing dignity and hope to people broken by grief and despair.

When not defending the rights of the severely injured, Mike enjoys riding his motorcycle, snowboarding, and cooking.
