Seth Lowry
Attorney
Seth’s desire to help motorcyclists runs in the family. Seth’s dad has been an avid motorcycle rider for more than 30 years and was a cross-country truck driver for 25 years. This relationship gave Seth valuable insight into the dangers and challenges motorcyclists face from larger vehicles driving on the same roads. Riding a motorcycle, like a legal case, can be filled with uncertainty, complexity, and many challenges. After participating in a high school mock trial competition his senior year, Seth decided trial advocacy and helping clients navigate the complex legal landscape was a worthy calling.
Seth graduated from the University of Rochester in 2002, and later he attended and graduated from Regent University School of Law in 2007. During law school, Seth won several awards and recognition for his outstanding advocacy in mock advocacy competitions. After law school, Seth focused on obtaining valuable trial and litigation experience—spending 3 years handling criminal cases and the next 8 handling negligence and general liability cases in the civil context.
In 2020, Seth decided that he’d like to use his legal skills and experience to exclusively focus on helping those who have been injured by the negligence and carelessness of others. Seth appreciates the opportunity to use his unique and valuable insight and legal experience to help injured people and their families obtain the justice and accountability they deserve.
When he’s not helping others obtain justice, Seth enjoys working out at CrossFit, spending time hiking outdoors, and watching professional football and hockey.
