Taylor L. Grooms

Taylor L. Grooms has dedicated his life to representing victims and those injured on the road. He is committed to seeing his clients properly compensated for their injuries.
Taylor recently finished serving a two-year as President of the Berkeley County Bar Association, and he is an active member in the South Carolina Association for Justice.
He was also recently inducted into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, and has won the AVVO Client’s Choice award for the past four years. He prides himself on providing excellent customer service. He has also been named several times to Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list, the Best Lawyers “Ones to Watch” List, and the National Trial Lawyers Association “Top 40 Under 40.”
Taylor was born and raised in Bonneau, South Carolina. He graduated from Clemson University, and then attended the University of South Carolina School of Law. He was a 5-time Dean’s List recipient in law school, and he graduated with Cum Laude honors.
After law school, Taylor clerked for Judge Roger M. Young, Sr., who was the Chief Judge for the Ninth Circuit (Charleston and Berkeley County) and Fourteenth Circuit (Hampton, Colleton, Allendale, Jasper, and Beaufort County). He spent the next six years practicing law at a large Lowcountry personal injury firm.
When not in the office, Taylor enjoys boating and trying new restaurants with his family.
