Thomas Metier
Attorney
At the age of 24, Thomas Metier was in a catastrophic motorcycle accident and remembers the feeling of being helpless and not knowing where to go for help. His experience led him to the practice of law, advocating for the injured motorcyclist against the negligence of others., Tom knew his calling in life was to protect working people and their families who have lost their strength due to the wrongful acts of others.
Tom’s practice consists of a diverse range of experience focusing on motorcycle injuries, trucking accidents, spinal cord injuries, and traumatic brain injuries. Tom is also an avid rider and understands the sense of freedom and exhilaration of “being in the wind” and what it means to share the road with vehicles who fail to recognize riders. As a longtime member of the motorcycle community, Kurt knows what it takes to hold careless drivers who injure us accountable.
