Script Before Transfer: I’ll transfer you now to our Law Tiger’s member in ____ (city)” Make sure you state the city.
*Let transfer attempts ring for up to 30 seconds before trying the next line.
Script When Member Answers: “This is ___ with Law Tigers, I have ___(name) calling from ___(city) and they were in an accident/have legal questions/are an existing client.
*Provide all the information you just collected (name, spelling, phone number, email, the reason for the call, how they heard of Law Tigers, etc.)
Script When Member Answers: “This is ___ with Law Tigers, I have ___(name) calling from ___(city) with ________(insurance company/medical provider).
The operator will take down the answerer’s name and log it the call summary form along with the call routing followed. The form will be submitted and emailed to the intake team. Intake should check their e-mail before proceeding with the caller, if preferred, and press Shift-F5 until received.
The firm will answer “Thank you for calling _____________ (member firm) Law Tigers Member Firm___________ (City), am I speaking with _______(name)? When they say yes, confirm the information provided and on the call summary email. If the email hasn’t been received, please state, “one moment while I review your details.” To refresh, (hold shift+F5) until it is received.
